Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Courtesy Cleaners, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Courtesy Cleaners provides:

  • Professional dry cleaning and laundry services
  • Garment alterations and repairs
  • Wedding gown preservation
  • Household item cleaning (comforters, drapes, etc.)
  • Online order tracking and payment services
  • Automated customer service through our Laundry Bot

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing orders
  • Check all pockets and remove valuable items before drop-off
  • Inform us of special care instructions or stains
  • Pick up garments within 30 days of completion
  • Pay for services in a timely manner

Liability and Damages

While we take every precaution to care for your garments, Courtesy Cleaners cannot be held liable for:

  • Damage to garments with pre-existing defects or wear
  • Color loss or fabric damage due to manufacturer defects
  • Shrinkage of garments not properly labeled by manufacturer
  • Items left in pockets or attached to garments
  • Unclaimed items after 30 days (may be donated to charity)

Our maximum liability for damaged items is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge or the current depreciated value of the garment, whichever is less.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of pickup. We accept cash, credit cards, and online payments. Prices are subject to change without notice. Special care items may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before processing.

Automated Services

Our Laundry Bot is an automated customer service system designed to provide convenience. While we strive for accuracy, automated responses should be verified by speaking with our staff for critical matters. SMS and email notifications are provided as a courtesy and may be subject to delays.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must be reported within 48 hours of pickup. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to inspect garments before processing any claims.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
